Set Max TV set to encash IPL Season 4

Cricket World Cup 2011 was the box-office hit,now Indian Premier League 2011 is all set to be a blockbuster for spectators.Official broadcaster of IPL,SET Max is set to cash in the cricket entertainment fever with already  95%  booked and remaining inventory reserved for the knock out stages.

Initially ad rates that cost advertisers Rs. 5 lakh per 10 seconds have boomed to Rs. 6.5 lakh after Indian team winning performance in the World Cup.After the World Cup's success everyone is waiting to see the cricket stars come and play again.Set Max is estimating revenues of Rs. 900 crore from IPL 2011 edition to break all previous records.

As per estimates IPL 2 held in South Africa earned ad revenues of Rs. 400 crore, which increased to Rs. 650-700 crore in the third season.Already players Brand values have soared by as much as 30 per cent and advertisers are making a beeline for endorsements by the cricketers.
